Taryn joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2021, bringing more than two decades of human resources leadership with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives. Her broad background has allowed her to contribute thoughtful insight across multiple areas of the business while assisting clients and colleagues achieve meaningful results. She currently manages Innovo’s marketing efforts, facilitating our marketing strategy and solutions to enhance brand visibility and support business growth.
Taryn’s care and diligence are clear to our clients, and her vibrant life away from work is truly admirable. A loving mother of two children, Taryn is a small business owner and a community volunteer. She has served on the board of directors for the Attleboro Area Interfaith Collaborative for many years. She is also an active volunteer for Dana Farber Cancer Institute’s One-to-One and SoulMates programs, in which patients and families dealing with cancer can connect with someone with similar, firsthand experiences.
Before joining Innovo, Taryn was Vice President of Human Resources for Mansfield Bank and The Cooperative Bank. She also served as an adjunct professor at New England College of Business, teaching a course on Human Resources in the Workplace. Taryn earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern University and her Master of Arts degree from Framingham State University.
