As part of the transition, Bertz will remain with Innovo as a dedicated consultant to support a seamless client experience through the transition.
As part of a strategic client succession plan, Bertz prioritized identifying a trusted successor who would carry on his work and ensure his clients continued to receive exceptional service. Bertz cited Innovo’s true independence — with no corporate ownership, private equity partners, or investors — along with its impeccable client reviews and commitment to community.
