Caroline is a Benefits Administrator at Innovo Benefits Group, where she partners with clients to develop creative solutions and deliver a seamless benefits experience. Drawing on her background in Human Resources, she brings a well-rounded understanding of the employee experience and provides practical guidance that helps clients navigate their benefits with confidence. Caroline is also Innovo’s COBRA Administrator, managing the entire COBRA lifecycle for both clients and participants.
Caroline is not only an active member of our team, but extremely active in the great outdoors! In her free time, she enjoys hiking and running with her rescue dog, Nani, a shepherd mix. She is also an avid traveler. Her recent adventures have taken her to Japan, London and Utah, where she explored several of the country’s national parks.
Prior to joining Innovo, Caroline worked as a Human Resources Generalist and earned her Bachelor of Science degree from UMass Amherst. She is most passionate about building strong client relationships, maintaining accurate data and identifying new solutions that make benefits administration more efficient while ensuring employees have uninterrupted access to the benefits they need. Above all, Caroline wants her clients to know that they can count on her to provide thoughtful support and exceptional service.

Fun Fact: Caroline hiked Mount Gongen in Japan, reaching an elevation of 2,715 meters (not including the 8-mile trek each way!)! She shares that this was her highest peak… “so far!”
