Erin joined Innovo Benefits Group in 2022 after nearly a decade of experience in a variety of human resources roles. As a Human Resources Specialist, she supports clients with leave of absence administration, employee benefits, and a wide range of HR initiatives. Erin is passionate about building strong, collaborative relationships and enjoys partnering with organizations across diverse industries to deliver practical, people-focused solutions. Her expertise in employee benefits and human resources, combined with her positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional client service, makes her a trusted resource and a valued member of the Innovo team.
Away from work, Erin enjoys an active and enriching lifestyle. If she’s not at the beach, you’ll likely find her on a run, on a sports field, or on the pickleball court. She also loves spending time with her family and taking long walks with her dog, Charlie.
Before Innovo, Erin was a Human Resources Specialist for both Culbert Healthcare Solutions and Rocket Software. She also was a Recruiting Coordinator at Holland & Knight LLP. Erin earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Babson College.
